Steven came out to service our tankless water heater and change the filter.  He called before leaving the shop to let me know was on the way.  He did a great job and explained everything thoroughly.  We will definitely use Scott Harrison Plumbing again.

First let me say that I had turned off the water to the house so I could replace a shower fixture. When I was done I turned the water service back on. That night our water heater did not come on. So I looked at it but it has so many wires and it looks very complicated I decided we needed an expert.We called Takagi(the water heater mfg.) and they recommended Scott Harrison Plumbing. We called him to come out the next day.  He came out and met my wife at home. The water heater is in the garage and he immediately started commenting on her car( Mercedes) and all the tools we had.  He then looked at our 7 year old Takagi water heater. After checking it out he called Takagi for advise, he said they wanted him to check out something in the boiler. He told my wife that it would cost $800-900 dollars for him to just look at it. We might as well buy a new one since this boiler was bad, it was installed incorrectly, they used the wrong circulating pump, the gas line was too small, it all had to be taken out and replaced!  Total bill $3,500.  My wife called me and I said"No" we will get a second opinion.  That day when I got Home I went to the water heater, cleaned out the inlet water filter screen and bled out the air in the heater and the water lines and it came on and has been working fine since then. There is nothing wrong with it, it simply had air in the line.  This guy thought he had a scared housewife on the hook and was going to take advantage of it.  STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

Victor, who has done work for us before is always on time and very clean and professional. He fixed everything in a fast and competent manner.Have used Harrison plumbing for over thirty yrs and have always been happy with their work. We had a leaking water heater on a saturday about three weeks ago, called Scott and he was here in about thirty minutes and fixed it quickly as I had to leave for work in a few hours.

These guys are awesome. Very well informed. Took the time to explain all details about problem and possible solutions. They made recommendations that were cost effective, and provided multiple alternatives.
This is the kind of quality of professional resources one expects when dealing with critical home systems (plumbing). I would use and HIGHELY recommend their service. They are fair, honest and through.

Scott was very thourough and patient in his initial call for an estimate.  He explained what would be involved like needing to upgrade our gas line.  He went over the different manufactures available. He was flexible when we made a change on not adding a gas line for our BBQ. They were on time and performed the work as advertised.  Price was consistent or very close to another bid we received, but we liked that they took care of all the permits as part of their service. We have recommended him to others.

They were able to come out the same day to fix it and they even had the part on the truck. I thought I would be days without it, so it was nice. The experience was excellent. They showed up within a couple of hours. They handled the problem promptly and efficiently. The price was a little bit higher than I would have liked but it was cheaper than if I'd had to replace the whole thing. I would absolutely use them again.

I have used them off and on for heating but only once or twice for plumbing. My experience with them was positive, not much with the heating but with the plumbing. They came in and got the job done. They were very good about communicating when they were going to be here. I would not use them in the future.

They were very professional. They were very organized. They came on time. They were timely. Of course, the work was completed to our satisfaction. I would use their services in the future.

I liked the service. They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely not the highest. You can trust their work and they know what they are doing for sure. I was very satisfied with their work. There was a little miscommunication and they had to come back a couple of times. They charged me for the replacement of faucets. It wasn't their fault; it was my fault for ordering the wrong faucets but I think it could have been avoided with a little more communication. The faucets didn't fit because they were too close to the sink but they were doing a complete remodel. He had to come out anyway for some other work and it was basically to replace some of the trim and he charged me. He didn't charge much but I thought that should have been thrown in especially considering all the money that I had spent with him. Other than that he was great and I would recommend him.

The serviceman Victor, was extremely professional and friendly. He was on time and quickly found the problem and fully explained the solution options. The price seemed on the high side but the quality was well worth it. He installed a new water heater the same day and we were back up and running within a couple hours- problemed solved. The workmanship was far superior to what had been there. He had to replace and solder all of the old pipping , which he did without and additional fees. I would highly recommend this company without a doubt.

We had previously contacted two other plumbing outfits (who shall remain nameless), listed on tankless water heater manufacturer web sites. One never called us back, despite two requests; the other quoted us $2,300 over the phone, promised to send someone to consult with us the next morning, did not call us when no-one showed up, then sent someone who had "installed four of these", and quoted us $3,800 without asking us any questions or telling us what he would install. Scott Harrison was a breath of fresh air by comparison. He called us right back, arrived when arranged, asked all the right questions, discussed the pros and cons of different installation, manufacturer and size choices, etc. The work was performed very professionally two days later by two of his colleagues, at the promised time, at the quoted price, and with immediate re-visit and fix when a faulty part (not part of the water heater itself - a cracked brass union, new from a supplier) reared it's head.

This man not only does heating, but he does plumbing as well. He was fine with this check. I have used his services for years. He has even replaced a system for me. He is very good overall, professional and knowledgeable. He always shows up on time. When I call them, they usually call me back by the end of the day. They will give me a time frame of a couple hours of when they will be here.

They did an awesome job. They were always on time and did not trash the house. I was impressed with all of the work. They were really a great company to do business with.
