 + -1 moreI LIKE HAVING AN EXERCISE PROGRAM THAT I DON'T HAVE TO THINK TOO MUCH ABOUT. I DO THIS FOR HEART AND GENERAL HEALTH. THIS IS A WOMEN ONLY FACILITY AND THE GALS THAT OWN IT ARE THREE SISTERS. I REALLY LIKE THEM AND THE FACILITY.
Description of Work: I WORK OUT THREE TO FOUR TIMES A WEEK AT LIBERTY FITNESS. I HAVE BEEN GOING FOR OVER A YEAR. IT IS A CIRCUIT WITH ELEVEN MACHINES AND ELEVEN JUMPING MATS. IT TAKES A HALF HOUR TO WORK OUT.
