Mr. Kim seems very knowledgeable; and made suggestions that I appreciated! His crew is very diligent and did an excellent job of doing everything that was discussed. I had previous lawn maintenance company who had not kept up with overall work; and left projects unfinished, which his team did along with weeding, trimming hedges and shrubs, planted new ones I had purchased weeks ago and spread new mulch I already had delivered in all areas we discussed. They also installed new sprinkler timers which were not working properly. I have hired them for weekly maintenance; and looking forward to outstanding service! It was refreshing to see people provide their expertise with pride!ð ¤

After I saw him work, I thought the price was fair. He had his own truck and own equipment. He could haul away all the stuff away. Initially I wanted him to clear a slope but he also trimmed some palm trees. Looks great.
