THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY MEN. HOWEVER, THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE TWO MEN WAS WEAK, WHICH CAUSED US PROBLEMS WITH HOW THINGS WERE TO BE DONE. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY HAD TO REFORM THE CONCRETE.
