expensive, though they are skilled and did the job right. difficult and unprofessional manners on a recent call. if you're going to pay someone top dollar, you might as well choose someone who's courteous.

Since moving to the area, I have used Sweetwater Plumbing for several tasks, from removing an old utility sink and replumbing drains to reseating the toilet. They have done every job promply and with a very high level of quality and professionalism.

They were personable and they did a very good job. Their price was fair. They responded in a very timely manner.

My experience with this company was unusual, to say the least. I'm working on a remodel and needed bids on various plumbing work. Craig came out on two separate occasions and was very nice. I had thoroughly documented the scope of work and I was having the candidates bid on seven separate items. Of all the plumbers I interviewed, Sweetwater seemed the most responsive so I decided to go with them on all of the work items except one. When I called Craig to tell him he had won the bids on six of the seven items, that's when things went south. The friendliness ended and Craig got really, really weird and kind of went on about how he was counting on the whole job. The conversation was very odd. I was wary, but decided to go with them anyway; however, when I tried to get them to commit to a definitive start date and end date (something you should ALWAYS do with contractors). I got a very surly call from Scott, the owner, telling me he was "pulling the plug" on the project. Bizarre!

The receptionist was vague and I could get any information from her. She wanted me to call back at a later time to talk to the owner. I called someone else to do the job.

Craig, arrived promptly at scheduled appt time. He was very thorough. Checked the meter, and all three units inside and all faucets outside. Adjusted & tightened the one leaking faucet. Very professional & neat. Found the problem. A sprinkler timer unit that did not shut off correctly. Very pleased with the work.

CRAIG, THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME. HE SEEMS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK. I'M NOT CERTAIN IF THE PRICE IS REASONABLE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPARE IT WITH, BUT I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PERFORMANCE.

CRAIG DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! HE SAVED US HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BY FINDING A WAY TO GET TO THE PIPES WITHOUT DESTROYING THE BATHROOM AND BATHTUB, SOMETHING OTHER COMPANIES DIDN'T EVEN PAUSE TO CONSIDER. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY, AND HE EVEN HANDLED TOILET REBATES FOR US. WHAT A FIND!

I'VE CALLED ON SWEETWATER PLUMBING FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS FLAWLESS. THEY GET IN, GET THE JOB DONE, CHARGE FAIRLY AND ALWAYS DO THE WORK RIGHT.
