We had been fairly satisfied with our last insurer. Dennis Volz encouraged us to give he and State Farm a try with our rental property. He guaranteed us we would notice a difference in service - personal service. He was right, and we couldn't be happier.
Dennis is responsive, caring and always professional. Over the course of the five or so years we have been with State Farm, we have purchased and sold two vehicles and probably three properties. I simply email Dennis' office with my question and/or transfer and the response, if not immediate, has always been within a hour or two. Any questions I receive from new mortgage companies once loans are bought and sold following close of escrow I forward to Dennis and his office and it gets handled.
We are in the process of yet another vehicle change and I have no doubt it will go seamlessly with Dennis Volz and his State Farm team.
There is so much to be said for having someone in your insurance corner you can actually call for advice (probably not a good idea to allow your tenant to get a trampoline!). Personal service. Dennis Volz is that agent for us.
