REPAIRMAN WAS ABLE TO PINPOINT THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM AND PERFORM THE REPAIRS THAT WERE NECESSARY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE APPLIANCE MODEL AND THE PART NEEDED FOR REPAIR.
