They were unresponsive. It took them an entire week to call me back, which they did so at 7:30 AM. Jerry was very rude and condescending. I felt insulted given the fact that I had waited an entire week to give this company a chance to fix my refrigerator. I do not recommend them to senior citizens of his condescending attitude.

WE CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE A REPAIRMAN COME LOOK AT OUR REFRIGERATOR. HE DIDN'T SHOW, SO, WE CALLED AGAIN AND WERE TOLD HE WOULD CALL TO TELL US WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE. AFTER 3 MORE HOURS, WE CALLED AGAIN AND WERE TOLD THEY WERE NOT SURE WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE. WE TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE REQUEST AND CALLED SOMEONE ELSE.

REPAIRMAN WAS ABLE TO PINPOINT THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM AND PERFORM THE REPAIRS THAT WERE NECESSARY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE APPLIANCE MODEL AND THE PART NEEDED FOR REPAIR.
