Instead of using the inspector referred to me by my real-estate agent, I found and hired San Cali Home Inspection to perform my property inspection. Scheduling was easy and flexible, and their price was very reasonable - especially for a 6200+ square foot home. On the day of the inspection, I arrived about 15 minutes after David and Charles started the inspection. David started on the outside of the home while Charles began on the inside. They were very thorough in their analysis and inspection report. They were very good at answering any questions I had and took time immediately after the inspection to speak with me about their findings. I highly recommend San Cali Home Inspection and would definitely use them again.
