I needed vents installed on my roof, and in order to not void my warranty, only Premium could install the vents. The cost of the job was $500. It took 5 months to get them to come out to do the work. I first contacted them to do the work in Sept. 2019. I made three phone calls to their office Sept. - Oct., to which I received no reply. In Nov., I emailed. On Nov. 26, the owner, Peter Codallos, said that they would schedule an appointment. They did not. After more than 6 follow-up phone calls and more than a dozen emails from me, and one no-show appointment in Jan., the work wasn't finally scheduled until Feb. 14 and wasn't performed until Feb. 17. But guess how long it took Premium to send me a bill? One day! Guess when they said the payment was due? Within 7 days! When I called him out, the owner, Codallos, did not accept responsibility for the untimeliness. Instead, he condescended and made excuses. [A few of the very many emails are included in the photos.]

The crew was highly experienced, courteous, and determined to do a proper job without cutting corners. I am always impressed when I can find a service provider that is competent, does not try to sell you what you don't really need, and charges a fair price.

They came out within a week and repaired the leak. They also did not try to upcharge me or say that I needed a new roof. The person on the phone that I spoke with was fabulous.

A little crazy at first with about ten guys on my roof. And found lots of nails in yard. I had them come back to scan for more nails.

I discovered an extensive leak in the flat garage roof just a couple of days before Christmas and several big rain storms were expected over the holiday. The crew came early, repaired the roof and fixed a drainage issue that I didn't know I had. I haven't had any problems with the roof since the repair. I don't remember the cost, but I considered it to be very reasonable. I will use this company when it comes time to re-roof.

Called Premium and explained I needed to have the work done as soon as possible and they accomodated me. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do and then went to work. When finished he explained what he did, why the tiles had shifted and even took before and after pictures to document the work. He also explained (with pictures) why he could not repair an area (improper installation by another vendor) and what additional work would need to be done to repair it. He offered a verbal estimate as well. I was very satisfied with the work, the promptness and the detail provided. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for roofing needs.
