The Serviceman was very professional, informative and courteous. I developed trust in this man and then things went very bad. I made the mistake of paying him in cash, with a tip, and forgot to ask for a receipt. The office has since been sending me a bill every month for the fee. They ignore my requests for them to find out what happened to the money. I don't know who stole the money, but it won't be me paying for the service twice!

We were expecting company when our 25 year old AC broke down. A friend recommended Precision Heating and Air, who located a replacement the day I called and was able to install it two days later. When it stopped working the first week, the owner, Eddie, did some troubleshooting and located some clogged vents in the attic. He really knows his stuff! We plan to use them again.

They were very efficient. Came in the morning. There was a small bump in the road. Fixed the problem and finished up the next day. Great job! Highly recommend them!
