THEY HAVE FLEXIBLE HOURS AND ARE OPEN DURING ALL THE HOLIDAYS WHEN FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS ARE IN GREAT DEMAND. IT IS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH DONNA AND KEVIN FOSTER SINCE THEY EACH HAVE A VERY UP-BEAT AND FRIENDLY PERSONALITY.
