Absolutely terrible. This process started at the beginning of August 2008. As of this date I still don't have a reliable working computer. Mr. Masters did indeed build a unique super computer. Unfortunately, most of the parts he used do are not up and running properly, or at all. He was never able to configure the software properly. I have to admit he spent untold hours trying. Most of the time was spent in looking through various forums, trying to determine if other people had the same problems and how they fixed them. When I complained about not having a working computer he stated that it was my fault for not understanding the difficulties in getting all the various components to work together. He was right. I didn't understand nor did I care. I paid for a working computer and I still do not have it. His phone number never seems to work. Find someone else. If Mr. Masters offers to do any work whatsoever for you it will probably end up costing you another expense to hire someone to fix whatever he starts.
