The job was completed when promised and the installation was excellent. The owner, John Ravalli, was easy to work with and makes every effort to meet the customer's needs. He was helpful in obtaining a good price on the new furnace and ductwork supplies. The final price was thousands less than other quotes that I received.

My family and I had just returned from vacation during a recent 100-degree heat wave, only to find that our AC wasn't working. After checking out the 'A' listings on Angie's list, we received a referral, (of a referral of a referral etc...). When I called John, I explained that my wife has MS and was having difficulty with the extreme heat. He was out that afternoon. He reprogrammed and remounted the thermostat before ever looking at the AC unit. Once he examined the AC unit, he determined that the problem was with a very large capacitor. He had just enough time to get to an electrical parts store to get the needed capacitor. He returned and hour later to finish the repair, (with the receipt for the part). Once the part was replaced, he cleaned the AC unit. After firing up the unit, he spent a substantial amount of time testing and re-testing the temperature of the exhaust as well as the vents. All the while, giving me an extensive lesson in HVAC stuff to help keep my 11 year old air conditioner in working order. John arrived at my house at roughly 3:30pm. He finished the job around 6:00pm. By 11:00pm, our 2,100 sq. ft. went from 93 degrees to 76 degrees. The trip charge was $30. The repair charge was $70. The charge for the capacitor was $25. If I put my public school education to work, I believe that the total cost was $125 for 2.5 hours worth of work, including the necessary part. Not to be out done, he offered me a service proposal that would include servicing my AC and furnace four times a year for $100. John has been doing HVAC wok for 31 years. He told me that he has an Associates Degree in HVAC. He has also done regular HVAC work for a major company in San Diego. He is a Christian man as well.
