IT WAS A CHALLENGE FOR THE PERSONAL TRAINER AND I TO CONNECT ON THE TELEPHONE, BUT ONCE WE DID, EVERYTHING WENT WELL. WE MET FOR THE INITIAL VISIT WHERE WE DISCUSSED MY GOALS AND REASONABLE WAYS TO SUCCESSFULLY MEET THEM. WE THEN SET UP A WORKABLE EXERCISE SCHEDULE, INCLUDING OTHER ACTIVITIES LIKE WALKING AND SWIMMING. WE MET FOR OUR 10 SESSIONS AT WHICH TIME I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE GYM EQUIPMENT AND THE PLAN WE HAD DEVISED. THE PERSONAL TRAINER WAS ALWAYS ENCOURAGING WHILE CHALLENGING ME TO DO A LITTLE BIT MORE EACH TIME.
