When I mentioned that I am looking to have a built in bookcase made for the area but didn't know how I was going to get the wood to match the shutters, he mentioned they could build the bookcase for me. After 3-4 weeks, my shutters and bookcase were completed. The stain matched perfectly to my existing door. The craftsmanship of the shutters is THE BEST. The finish is absolutely flawless. Marty's company truly creates beautiful shutters that last a lifetime. My "older" shutters from French Shutters are 14 years old and they look and function just like my new ones. They are beautiful and definitely built to last. Marty's installer is professional and very courteous.
The bookcase looks perfect below the shuttered window and gives the space a purpose and warmth I was looking for.
