Leo reached out to me immediately upon receiving my request through Angi. I told him what happened and he advised that he would contact a leak detection company ASAP and let me know when they would arrive. He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. Leo was pleasant, responsive and punctual. If we need any plumbing issues in the future, we will definitely call Forthright and will recommend him to our friends and family! Thank you Leo!
