Because the wood was five years old from a previous job at the house, the boards were not perfect. Edwin managed around this issue and a couple other issues that came up in a very positive fashion. He did a great job, the floors look amazing in the ADU addition and Edwin was a man of his word…which to me is most important.

It was great! He was always on time, he explained very how the wood floor was going to get treated. Lots of sanding and detailing before the finish coat was applied, over all a very good experience
