Excellent job, he met me at 07:30am to go over everything, explained the difference between cutting the tree back, thinning it, and raising the skirt. He's a trained and certified arborist who know everything about trees, disease prevention, etc. and he even went door to door to tell the tenets what was going on before his crew and truck arrived. I came back at 4:00pm and everything looked great, the formerly overgrown mess now looks like a giant bonsai tree.

Lance Duncan and his team performed beyond what I expected. They were neat and clean in appearance and very professional. His bid for the job seemed to be based upon his costs, expenses and profit margin and not just on a guestimate. Tree work is not cheap, but the bid we were given was fair and reasonable. Lance is personable and professional. He arrived when he said he would, and finished the joba bit sooner than I expected. Clean up was well done. I would not hesitate to use Duncan Tree again, and would readily recommend him to friends.

After finishing the work my yard was still in good condition. The crew was very professional and friendly. I appreciated all the hard work they put in on this project. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves nicely. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The job went very well. The people who came were US citizens. They did an excellent job. They were a little on the expensive side, but I am willing to pay for a good work.

Responsive, efficient, friendly, competent and safety minded. They performed job well and cleaned up beautifully. I thought the price was high, but Lance is an arborist and I think everything is pricey. We were very happy with the owner, Lance Duncan and his crew.

It went very well. He was on time, very friendly, didn't mind helping with a few add on items. He cleaned up as he went and did a good job of not letting the branches fall on or destroy plants below. We will definately use him again and will recommend him to anyone that needs a tree service.
