Description of Work: So Noble Real Estate Services is the company the the owner of the house that we reside in hired to manage her property while she was out of state. As far as we know they charge the owner of the house $395.00 each month for their services, however when it comes to actually providing services for problems within the house, such as leaky faucets, sliding closet doors being problematic, smoke detectors not working properly, microwave oven issues and refrigerator ice maker malfunctions, the property manager Simon Sung fails miserably!! This particular property manager picks and chooses which maintenance request he will give his attention to. if he doesn't stand to benefit from the problem being repaired or resolved he simply plays the "I didn't get the email/work request" role! but when it's a big ticket maintenance request that he can squeeze money for his pocket out of, he's all over it!! We reside in a fairly large house, 6BR and 2.5BA, We originally started out paying $2000 each month plus the $395 service fee that they charge the owner so $2395.00 each month. that's pretty steep to be payin in south bay. Anyway, after only being there for a year and a half, Noble raised our rent $100.00 out of nowhere. I would like to say for no reason but Simon Sung and I have a few mutual friends that he is probably aware of now that shed a little light on how he operates. He purposely raises tenants rent when he either wants them to quit the premises or when he thinks that he can get another family in the house thats already occupied and charge the new tenants more rent!! all without the owner of the house knowing that he has done this, resulting in him cleaning up on the extra cash that he is charging and not informing the owner of this new rent rate that he/she should be capitalizing off of instead of him. This is why Simon Sung constantly urges all tenants not to make contact with any of the home owners under no circumstances. I'm pretty sure there are other more professional reasons that there is a no contact with the owner rule but this is the main reason with Mr. Simon Sung!!! i have busted him on 3 different occasions over charging the owner of our house for repairs done, which she happens to be a military associate of mine and not just the owner. 2 door locks changed out he charges the owner $300+. hot water heater busted, fishing buddy repairs it and explains to me how much everything is gonna cost, work is done and everything is good to go. 3 weeks later I speak with the owner of the house and find out that she was charger $1800 for that repair, i know its not a cheap fix but that isn't keeping the home owners pocket in mind!! Simon sung is incredibly hard to get in contact with but if you're late with rent he sneaks up to your house and quietly places a 3 day or quit the premises on you're door, HOW DO I KNOW? Because my security cameras tell me so. he's flat out shady, a crook in my eyes!! I dont have not one thing good to say about Simon Sung's coward, lying, sneaky, crooked thieving tail, but i hope other home opwners see this review and start paying more attention to the property managers that are "managing" their properties!!!
