Home Inspection
Termite inspection was paid for by the seller. Countywide's report identified only one spot where termite evidence existed which was in the attic and previously identified by the home inspection that I paid for as the buyer. However, when cleaning up the house I found termite damage on the trim at the garage and a pile of termite pellets when sweeping up around the foundation. If I could find these items as a non-professional, then a professional should have disclose them in his report.
