THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE NEAT WHILE THEY WERE WORKING AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY ALARM SYSTEM. IN ADDITION TO MY ALARM SYSTEM, THIS COMPANY ALSO MONITORS THE ACTIVITY ON THE ALARM. WE HAVE SET OFF THE ALARM A FEW TIMES AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN CALLING THE HOUSE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY THING WRONG.

THE ALARM MONITORS WERE NEATLY INSTALLED IN INCONSPICUOUS LOCATIONS. THE INSTALLERS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS ABOUT MONITORING SYSTEMS THAT WE COULD SUBSCRIBE TO. SEVERAL YEARS LATER WE REPLACED OUR ALUMINUM WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOOR AND THE ALARM COMPANY CAME OUT AND REINSTALLED THE ALARM MONITORS ON THE NEW WINDOWS AND DOOR. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AGAIN.

THIS IS THE 2ND ALARM SYSTEM WE'VE HAD DAVE INSTALL. HE'S ALWAYS PROMPT, AS ARE HIS INSTALLERS. THEY ARE PERSONABLE, THEY ARE RESPECTFUL OF A HOUSES' INTERIOR, THEY CLEAN UP THOROUGHLY. IN OUR CASE THEY DID OUR HOUSE FIRST, RETURNED TO DO THE GARAGE WHEN IT WAS FINISHED-ALL THE SAME PRICE.
