Contacted Clear Image Glass at cellular number provided by another company who recommended Clear Image and identified owner, Steve Suda, as prior employee who started own glazing business. No return call received in response to voice message left. Over a week later Sude called stating he noted my phone number in his notes and was calling to inquire as to details. He recalled he was sick on the day I left my initial message and apologized for not getting back with me sooner. Stated he was on I5 en-route to north county to make delivery and would recontact me after his delivery as he would be able to return via South I5 and stop at job site(downtown San Diego) to ascertain scope of work involved--i.e., installing dual glazed, laminated, triangular shaped soffit. No call ever received.
Description of Work: None. Steve Sude, although having a conversation with me regarding the scope of work involved, never called, as promised, to arrange site survey to obtain measurements or view scope of work involved--i.e., install a dual glazed, laminated, triangular shaped glass soffit.
