Mr. Calabrese was very professional and knowlegeable. He is a hard worker and finished the job on time and cleaned up after the job. The price was excellent. I can trust him.

Had a bad leak around the chimney. Bree came and inspected thoroughly, even going up in the attic to see things from the inside. He and his helper came and did the repair, then came back the next day to test with a hose to make sure it was working. They found an additional opening in the stucco, which they repaired and painted, no extra cost. Thorough and painstaking work.

Bree was honest, fair, professional, excellent with roofs, etc. He even covered the tax on the higher-end shingles so I would choose those better shingles for my roof!

They did a great job. The crew worked very steadily. Everyone estimated 4-5 days and they finished in 3. Price was very reasonable, especially the wood replacement prices.

EXCELLENT... Bree was timely in his install, paid attention to detail, fair in pricing, cleaned up after the project and was very pleasant to work with. I was comfortable in hiring Bree knowing I could be out of state and rely on his professionalism to meet my expectations.

Mr. Calabrese, the company owner, personally inspected my old roof, gave me the estimate and supervised the work of his crew.  He was on site during the demolition and re-roofing and even worked with his crew on the roof.  He personally installed the new skylights to make sure they were done correctly.  Mr. Calabrese and his crew arrived on time, did all the work and cleaned up all construction debris in a professional and friendly manner.  His outstanding company was also chosen by several of my neighbors to re-roof their homes as well. Bree Calabrese the owner provided us with an estimate including any possible charges for wood replacement. The whole job was handled professionally and efficiently with a minimum of disturbance. Bree was there throughout the workday and made sure everything went well. The area was completely cleaned at the conclusion of the job. The new roof looks great and we are totally satisfied with the companies work and integrity. We would hire them again and also highly recommend them.

I used Calabrese Roofing 2 years ago to fix a leak. Being pleased with the service I called again. Bree promptly came out and quoted $9300  plus lumber.  He gave me a realistic date for starting the job and met that date.  His schedule is running about 3 weeks out due to the volume of business due to El Nino.
His crew was very profession, arriving each morning a 7am for 4 days straight finishing day 4 at midday. The work looks great, the crew tidied up each night and left the grounds neat.
Bree showed me photos of the rotted wood and the repairs which looked very good.

I found Calabrese Roofing on Angies List.  We met with Bree on a Sunday.  He was on time, very nice and professional.  We had met with several other roofers prior to Bree, but as my husband said "we saved the best for last".   Bree explained in detail the process and kindly answered all our questions.   He dropped off several roof color samples to check out and  later gave us an address to drive by so we would see a roof with the color we were interested in.  He had a fair price and could fit us in quickly.  They completed the entire roof in under 2 days.   We were very happy with the entire process.

Bree was very professional, always earlier for appointments and followed up as he said he would.  He provided great input into the type of shingle and felt that would be best for the hot sun of Lakeside.  Crew was quick and professional.  Always cleaned up after work was done.  They also completed the job on time and on budget even though we had rain during the schedule.

I would highly recommend Calabrese Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repair as they were excellent.  You won't be disappointed!!

I originally called 6 Roofing companies  for estimates, only 3 responded.   All of the roofing companies are busy due to the
upcoming El Nino and every wants to fix their roof before the heavy rains hit in 3-6 months.  Some companies told me they won't even take appointments or provide estimates because they were backlogged for 2-3 weeks.
Calabrese Roofing had the best prices and was the most responsive.  Bree came out to my house within 1 business day to
provide an estimate.  When I had some questions, he drove out to my house the same day to meet and he provided samples of asphalt shingles.  He is very friendly and easy to work with.  
For my Bay Park House, I only had 1 Gable Roof vent on the west side of the attic.  I wanted to add more ventilation so the attic
(with HVAC inside) & my house would cool down and allow the A/C to perform more efficiently.
Bree & his team did an outstanding job removing and replacing my 1st story roof.  First they arrived on time even a little early to get started.   On the first day, they removed a 25 year old asphalt single roof tiles and underlayment.  They worked extremely
fast and had over 1100 square feet of roof striped down to the wood boards within a few hours.  They hauled away all of the debris and cleaned up everything at the end of the day.
On the second day, they installed the remaining underlayment (30#), shingles, flashing, ridge shingles, and the numerous vents that I requested.  They cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the debris.   The yard looked great when the job was complete.   The attic and the house is a a lot cooler now too.
The roof looks amazing.  Bree and his team installed a high quality nice looking roof.  Bree also painted all of the exhaust vents to match the roof. He also went on my second story and patched up the pipe vents and painted them too to match the roof too.
I can highly recommend Calabrese Roofing for any roof installation.

I bought an older (1945) home in Pt. Loma heights.  The old roof was sagging under layers and layers of old shingles.  I obtained a couple of estimates, Bree and Calabrese were right in line with the others, even a bit lower.  What sold me was Bree's patience in explaining the process, and his ability to get started quickly.



Hiring Calabrese was a great decision.  Yes, the price was right, and the crew cleaned up every day, but much more than that was the quality of the work.  My older roof has many pitches, angles, etc., and they did a fantastic job on it.  I've had a ton of compliments and have already referred other neighbors to Calabrese. Great job!

Bree is professional, fast and affordable. I need several bids to reroof my house, most quoted me over $15,000 and tried to sell me extras that I did not need. Bree was on time or early every day, he gave me a fair quote, his team was professional and fast, 1 day to take off old roof with wood repair and laying felt and 1 day to install the roof. They cleaned up very well, even my neighbor commented on how well they cleaned up and how fast the job went. He installed the shingles i wanted and did not try to oversell me on extras. 
Will use again and recommend to neighbors and friends!

I can't imagine how this roof replacement could have gone any better. I've been waiting to file this review until the roof survived some bad weather without incident. I didn't realize I'd have to wait four months, but we finally had our three days of brutal rain and a few gusts of wind at the start of March 2014, and my new roof held up perfectly. I interviewed three contractors I found on Angie's list and Bree came in with the lowest price and the quickest turnaround time. The whole job was completed in two days, and other than the roof, you could hardly tell anything had happened. Bree was happy to explain a lot of roofing technicalities to me and made excellent recommendations on materials and vents. Bree was friendly, professional, and kept to his appointments and timelines. I would highly recommend Bree for any similar roof replacement.
