 + 0 moreOn time -- everything done well and quickly. Maybe not the cheapest but still the best.
Description of Work: I've used AYC over several years, after trying several other cleaners. Always does the best job, I think. On time, professional, provides quotes. Latest was just one room ($75 is the min charge).

 + -1 moreI wasn't happy with the service, I felt they charged too much. They hurried through the job and it didn't feel that they cleaned it well enough as I could still smell the dog urine.

Description of Work: Alain and his son thoroughly cleaned all of my carpet, upstairs and downstairs including the stairs. The carpets look new! They moved furniture, vaccumed, and spot cleaned before cleaning carpets. I also had them clean a large microfabric sectional sofa, six dinning room chairs and the tile on the kitchen floor. I couldn't be happier with their work.

He gave me extra services I didn't ask for free (cleaning the walk-in closet, no charge for the heavy traffic areas) and discounts I didn't know about. It ended up being cheaper than I expected with no hidden costs and an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreI chose this company because I heard good things about them. They are a family-run business and from the owner to their technicians, they are very knowledgeable about stains. They responded to my questions about treating stains especially with a new puppy.
Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned in all my carpeted rooms throughout the house. So, they vacuumed, pre-spotted and thoroughly cleaned all areas, including the removal of pet stains. My carpets looked new and actually smelled clean. Had to give them time to dry because we had cool weather at the time.
