I wasn't happy with the service, I felt they charged too much. They hurried through the job and it didn't feel that they cleaned it well enough as I could still smell the dog urine.

We also made the mistake of not calling the member the following day to see how her carpets turned out. We take pride in our workmanship, and we like the opportunity to satisfy our clients or return the full amount as guaranteed; but we can't do that without you. We were unaware that the member was unhappy with our service. We serviced the member in Jan 2007, and the amount of the work was $227.53. We are willing to gift you a free cleaning if you could please call us at (619) 464-1568. 3 years have passed, but we would like to set things right. We were unaware these past years of the members dissatisfaction, until her comments were posted in 2009. Could their also be some confusion between our Company and another competitor, since our dates are not the same? We would like to set things right, but the member's phone number has changed. With all due respect, Yolanda at AYC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning."

Excellent, reliable carpet cleaning. No surprises - cleaned carpets for agreed upon price, and in fact lowered the price upon seeing the rooms which were a little smaller than I described on phone. Friendly, quick, professional services with excellent results. Highluy recommended.

Alain was punctual, friendly and professional. He gave me extra services I didn't ask for free (cleaning the walk-in closet, no charge for the heavy traffic areas) and discounts I didn't know about. It ended up being cheaper than I expected with no hidden costs and an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

I chose this company because I heard good things about them. They are a family-run business and from the owner to their technicians, they are very knowledgeable about stains. They responded to my questions about treating stains especially with a new puppy.
