House Cleaning
It went well. It started out great, but some of my instructions were not followed. They used water on my hardwood floors which I expressly told them not to do and I asked them to clean the inside of the clothes dryer but they didn’t touch it. I don't think I would use them again.

The good is that they were able to come on short notice and they were very nice people. The overall work was acceptable within my expectations. When they started on the dirty fiberglass bath enclosures I was asked "do you have AJAX". Two problems here. First they should have their own supplies. Second, you do not scrub fiberglass enclosures with abrasive cleaners. I was not surprised that they were not highly knowledgeable on product selection and without adequate supplies. Therefore, they met expectations. The kitchen sink was left with deep stains and they said nothing. I noticed it later and it came off with AJAX (they had none). They were nice girls. I would use them if I couldn't get someone better.

House Cleaning
Anna and her staff are great. She is always on time or calls ahead if things change. They work fast and are happy to do any extra cleaning that is needed; they charge by the hour so you pay for the work they do. And she calls me when a month has passed to schedule my next appointment!
