A very unresponsive company. My 3 year old Hayward Ecostar pool pump stopped operating and I called Allpro. My service rep was a man named Josh who has been very non- responsive to my many calls. He leads me on by saying he'll contact the Hayward pool rep and get back to me in a couple of days. So far only one returned called saying he would get back to me and I'm still waiting. Normally I'm very patient but this has gone on for almost a month. I felt Josh was unqualified to make the repairs required. I would not use this company again.

He told me I wasn't taking care of my spa with the chemicals and what not but that's not the case. They made me pay because they came out.
Description of Work: The spa was falling apart and wanted him to look at it and fix it up.
