Landscaping
We had agreed on a price. I way paying progressive payments. He up charged me several times. He then wanted more money when he finished the job. He didn't seem to be very ethical. He brought in a sub contractor that was very good. The owner was very juvinille with people. There were even tiffs between the owner and the sub contractor. He wouldn't level out some of the land that we had agreed on, but then wanted the money for it.
