HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE CONSIDERING THAT HE HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS TO GET THE RIGHT PART. I FELT THE PRICE OF THE THERMOSTAT WAS TOO HIGH.
