+ -1 moreIt has been one mistake after another. First I got a call from a strange man who said he got an email with my phone number and address but he didn't know why. I called AAA and they confessed that they had inadvertently forwarded my order to an old customer instead of to the tile distributor. Next my tiles were shipped to CA instead of IL. I offered to pay extra for UPS but they said it couldn't be done despite the fact that my previous order had been shipped that way. My project has ground to a halt and I am still waiting. No apologies, no offer to comp the shipping, no willingness to at least refund my order so that I can place on elsewhere. In short, my worst online shopping experience period.
Description of Work: I ordered slate tiles through their online store 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for delivery.
