I found Glasco on Angie's list and contacted them. My initial phone contact went good and set up an estimate. A few days later Glasco showed up and took measurements and then faxed me an estimate. The estimate was a little to high and we negotiated the price down. When it came to down payment I decided to just pay it all at once instead of having two transactions. After making full payment it was agreed to have the work done the following week around Wednesday with Friday at the latest. Glasco will call me back. After waiting for Wednesday to pass, and No call back, I called them back about when are they going to do the work. Their response was Sorry, were waiting on materials. Glasco finally showed up the following week to completed the job. The workers themselves did a good job but I am disappointed with the over all material especially the sliding patio screen door which will get a lot of use. Very thin and flimsy. Next time when I need to replace this door I"ll go back to Home Depot again like 10 years ago and buy a $80.00 door which is made of heavier material.

We are happy with the screen now. They were prompt in returning calls. The day they were supposed to come out and install the screen they didn't so I had to call them. They apologized and said that the driver had an emergency. They did come out the next time.
