All heating companies were busy for days due to the cold. Fortunately, Ricardo from Wolves responded immediately on a Friday, arrived punctually later the same day, changed a capacitor, got the furnace working. The furnace stopped again on Sunday, Ricardo came back right away. After restarting the unit, he determined that the furnace was fine. He suggested we contact an electrician to check the house electrical system for any loss of power that might cause the pilot light to shut down. He was right. The electrician indeed fixed a problem in the house electrical panel. The furnace is working dependably again. Ricardo & his assistant Jose were responsive, courteous, knowledgeable. Wolves charges were very fair. I certainly will use Wolves again, and would recommend them highly.

I chose them from the phone book and they gave a 10 percent discount to seniors so I decided to use them. They man they sent was really good and dedicated. He gave me an estimate but ended up having to do a lot more work than he anticipated but he stuck to his original estimate. I will use them again in the future.
