Fine, they came the first time to scope the work. Then they provided an estimate, after which, we scheduled a follow-up when the work can be completed. There was a bit of a delay (about a month) from the time we agreed to do the work until when the installation actually took place, due to the delay from the company manufacturing the caps.

Cleaning was great. They were running late, so they called ahead to warn me, and finished their job quickly and cleanly

Moved into a new place so I wanted the chimney checked out and cleaned if necessary. Barbara of Warm Solutions was able to schedule a team of two to visit the next day. They came toward the late end of the 2-4 p.m. window. They brought all the equipment, including mats to keep everything around the fireplace clean, and were able to do the cleaning entirely from inside the apartment - no roof access needed. They cleaned out the soot quickly and left no mess behind.

I had a gas insert installed into a chimney that hadn't been used in 50+ years. I was nervous that it was installed correctly and was venting properly. I didn't really need the chimney sweeping part -- but they did a fine job on the inspection and did some cleaning of my glass facing. They were very professional and on time. For my next cosmetic chimney that I convert to a gas fire place, I will definitely check these folks out.

Barbara at the office was efficient and friendly, called to confirm the day before service. Jonathan and Reno arrived promptly within the prescheduled time frame. The cleaning of the fireplace and checking the chimney on the roof was very efficiently handled.

The technician came right on time. explained to me in detail how firework places work and answered my questions on how to upgrade to a new system, even though the work he was paid to do was to clean the chimney. i was very happy about their services and would use them again next year. if i need to upgrade, i will certainly call them again for a more detailed info and estimation.

The owner was the individual who made the visit. He was punctual, personable, and professional. He completed the inspection and the sweep in a timely fashion and provided consulation regarding what the options were for converting the existing wood stove. He was very respectful of my home and left the hearth and floor immaculate. Should I take the next step with regards to changing my wood stove, I would absolutely call Warm Solutions. It was easy to make an appointment, the office staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

they did the job

I have a pre-fab (not masonry) fireplace in my condo and needed new fireplace doors. I checked online and at Home Depot and Lowes, and unfortunately, you cannot use pre-made doors on pre-fab fireplaces - you could end up burning your house down!I called a couple of places in SF - one never returned my calls, and the other told me I couldn't get replacement doors (which have to be custom made) for less than $1200, and they couldn't come out to measure for another 3-4 weeks.
Then I went to the Warm Solutions store. I made an appointment to get my fireplace measured that week, and here it is about 3-4 weeks later, and I have beautiful new fireplace doors, exactly what I wanted, completely installed, for less than $1000! I'm very happy with the end result.The guys who came to install the doors were on time, very polite, and cleaned up after themselves completely. When you've been working on a home improvement project for awhile, this is something you really come to appreciate! I would definitely recommend Warm Solutions to a friend.

Called to make an appointment, they were pretty busy, but I was still able to get one for a week from when I called. They showed up on time and did their job quickly and well.

I had a coupon from Angie's List. They were very pleasant and informative; they answered all my questions. They actually came early and informed me that they were running ahead of schedule. There were no problems.

They arrived within their expected window and promptly got to work checking if my chimney needed cleaning. They quickly realized that the frame that hold the glass in front was not attached properly and fixed it promptly while finishing the evaluation. Mine was in perfect condition and I was only charged for the evaluation! They fixed the loose frame just out of kindness!

I made my appointment and later had to reschedule with Barbara who was very pleasant to deal with. She also called the night before my appointment to say they were coming the next day. Joe Prini and John Jacuinde came and were friendly, neat, and clean. Warm Solutions installed our chimney seven years ago, and it has seen heavy use for the last four with no problems..
