UPS refused to deliver the package without a signature; I contacted them and they said it is up to the driver as to whether to leave a package without a signature or not, not up to the customer or the shipper! I asked them if there was any way to request the driver to leave the package and they said no.
I contacted the shipper and they lauged; they said they have this problem all the time.
I've NEVER had this problem with FedEx! They leave things for us all the time, and we've never had a problem go missing or have a problem.

It's convenient. You don't have to have an appointment. You just go there and you do it.

I have ordered things, and they come on time. When I order things online, their shipping charges are determined by the company that is sending them. I don't ship things much through UPS myself, but it has been reliable.
