Upholstering
My parents gave me a high quality couch and chair that were over 10 years old and since the fabric was old, I decided to go green by reupholstering instead of buying new. I went to this store and picked out a fabric, however a few days later I was told they couldn't use that fabric because it was from the previous year (this must have been December of the previous year). I decided to stick with what I had for a while and went back several months later. They let me take swatch books home and I picked great fabrics from the dizzying array they had available. They then picked up my furniture (left sofabed innards at my place) and had the work completed within the time quoted. I noticed the couch cushions were very hard, so I went back and had them change the foam to something softer. I believe they did this free of charge. I often sleep on my couch (when closed) and find it comfortable. The quality of the work has stood the test of time.
