WE HAD TO HAVE THE PHONE COMPANY COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO THE SAME PROBLEMS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. NO DIAL TONE TO OUR PHONE. AFTER THE 4TH TIME THE PHONE COMPANY CAME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHICH STILL WASNT FIXED. I ENDED UP GETTING SOMEONE ELSE OUT TO FIX IT.

WHEN THE REPAIRMAN ARRIVED, THE PHONE IS ALREADY WORKING. THEY INFORMED US THAT THE REPAIRMAN WILL ARRIVED FROM 8:00 -12:00 P.M. THE REPAIRMAN ARRIVED AT 5:00 P.M.
