VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. CONSTANT PROBLEM & PASSING ON WRONG PEOPLE TO RESOLVE. OUTAGE FOR 10+ DAYS WITH NOBODY ABLE TO RESOLVE. AFTER REPAIRS CONTINUED INTERMITTENT OUTAGES.
