The company was difficult to communicate with from the start. We had a service call for which we paid for 2 hours of labor and we had no more heat than we did before they came.  Brian was supposed to follow-up on 2 outstanding issues.  He didn't and didn't return our phone call.  We called the office and got no response from them either.  We employed Degree Heating to solve the problem, and after 1 hour of labor our system was significantly better.

I don’t have the bill from them yet but I have a feeling that it is not going to be cheap.  It is a large group so there is always somebody on call.  Their service department is very good.  They always return calls within the same day.  They usually try to get someone out right away.  They have a large outfit so they have a lot of people working for them.  The technicians who came out for service were great.  We have a really high-end broiler system that is fairly new and not everybody knows how to deal with it.  They took the time to figure out the right way of putting in the system and ordering the part.  It took a little bit longer but they spent the time figuring out what the system needed and why it was giving me error codes.  Their price was average.  The quality of their work was very good.  They were perfect.
