Very fast response time and the job was done professionally. Their price was 65% less than the other bid. The plumber even gave me advice/help in fixing some sink handles I was working on! Based on this experience, I would definitely use them again.

They were very kind and thorough.  They did the job all day.  They were really careful, and they worked professionally.

I called Performance on Monday morning reporting that my tankless water heater was leaking water from somewhere inside the unit. The came out the same day and determined the leak was in the heat exchanger and the heater had to be replace. This diagnosis was confirmed later that day by a different company. Performance was able to come back the next day and install a new water heater. The plumber, Alex arrived later than my appointment time, however he stayed until past 9:30pm to get the heater installed for me. For this my entire family is very grateful. Their work is very professional, it's evident that they have experience with tankless water heater systems, and their pricing is very competitive. I would definitely use Performance Plumbing again.
