hardwood floor
+ -1 morePaul and his crew are very professional, very courteous, they make sure everything is done to your satisfaction, they're on time, and they did not mind my few extra requests (no charge). I am thrilled with the work they did, and the price I quoted above is what they would have charged me, but the other company paid for the new coating due to the fact that they damaged the floor. Additionally, it is the same price that the other company charges for the job. If you plan to have any work done to your hardwood floors, use a company, like Paul's, who specializes in floorings only.
Description of Work: Recoated hardwood floor. They moved all of the furniture out of the room whereas the company that first did the job went around the larger pieces of furniture; there debris was left around the pieces; the other company used a machine, so around the edges, there were marks. Then for another job they did, the service person messed up the floor. The company could not fix it, and Paul Ondricek was called in. Paul's team does their work by hand. Prep work for the recoating included light sanding and buffing of the floor, and applying the new finish. They use a thicker coating that should last a very long time, and the shine is absolutely mirror-like. They returned the next day and replaced all the furniture.
