Orkin Pest Control

They are fine.

They came three times. A couple of years ago I had another company and I liked them better. Eventually the ants left and that is the best thing I liked about Orkin Pest Control.

We have been happy with them so far and we haven't had any issues. Weand lsquo;ve been using them for three or four years.

I have a yearly contract with them where they come out at least once a month.

Their bi-monthly service is disappointing. They increase their price every year and the bi-monthly service which started at $78 in 2012 increased to $82.68 in 2013 and $87.64 in 2014. The technician doesn't call in advance to schedule his appointment at my house and doesn't perform all of the services he is supposed to perform such as knocking down all spider webs. Not sure if any other pest control companies are better, but feel that the services that Orkin provides are not worth the bi-monthly fee that is charged.

We have been very happy with them. We use them once a month but any other time I call him he will come out not just for ants and spiders or stuff like that but rodents too. He's become a friend. He will call me just before he comes out so he knows we are here because if I want him to come inside he has to know we are here.

It turned out I didn't have bed bugs and this technician violated their procedure because they aren't suppose to spray for bed bugs unless there is evidence of bed bugs. So I went through this horrible experience. I ended up throwing away lots of clothes and washing absolutely everything. It was a nightmare for 2 or 3 weeks. I'm still reeling from it. Now it's nearly two months later. I refused to pay because Orkin failed to follow procedure. I've had two long phone conversations with managers. Both were courteous and reasonable. I believe they are genuinely sorry the spraying took place. Given that the spraying happened, I believe Orkin has acted professionally and reasonably, so I have upgraded their ratings. I hope that now they're less likely to spray for bedbugs without hard evidence.

Very nice people. Scheduled the appointment when I needed it with very short notice. Within 3 hours they were done. I got about 5 estimates from local termite companies, they were all about the same price. The great thing about Orkin is they continue to come by to check for termites and it's included in the price, plus you can pay in installments. To continue termite treatments it's about 400 a year. Most smaller companies will charge you the same full price again.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL and INTELLIGENT. THE CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME and PREPARED. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH INSECTS YET.

They did a good job. It took a while for them to get here, but they did a good job when they showed up. The quality was good and the people were courteous. They did a great job of getting rid of any and all pest problems. They kept them away.

THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND I HAVE NO BUGS. THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

My dealing with Orkin has been great. They go over and beyond the requirements. I had them come out and spray for insects and they found termites and sprayed for them along with the other services they provided. I think they charged a reasonable rate. They are very friendly people and honest.

ORKIN SHOWS UP ON TIME EVERY MONTH. THEY LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE HERE. THEY ARE VERY POLITE. WE DO NOT SEE BUGS IN BETWEEN SPRAYING. THEY LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE READY TO LEAVE AS WELL.
