This was a great experience. Noel specializes in washers and dryers only and he knows what he's doing. I was able to give Noel my brand of washer and the model number and he arrived with the part. Noel took the dryer apart and vacuumed the entire inside and lubricated the motor as part of his service. He checked the dryer vent to make sure it wasn't blocked and even tried to push out a small dent in the front on the unit. He was very polite and helpful and he did not leave a mess when he left. I would definately call Noel again and I have already made it a point to tell some people I know because I was so impressed with how thorough he was. I thought his price was very reasonable and it included the door switch. Noel advised me that I might want to replace a part by the burner (gas dryer) part. There was never a hard sell. I've called appliance men before and I've been put throught the "process". I fell the real key to saving money and time is to be able to give the serviceman the brand and model number when possible. Let's face it over the last 20 years there's been 1000's of washers and dryers made and it's just not possible to have every part on a truck. The other thing is, some washers and dryers aren't worth fixing. I think people would be lucky to choose Noel to service their appliance. PS. I'm not a relative, but I do work in a service business and appreciate quality and polite service when I receive it.
