In the end, we are happy. We shopped a lot of people and Brian was nice and reasonable and gave us good advice. We ended up ordering from him based on that. We had problems at the time of install with missing accessories that we felt he was slow to respond to. Ultimately, he made good on everything but it took too long and too many phone calls which is why we don't give him an excellent. But we love our cabinets and are ultimately satisfied.
