Furniture - Sales
It didn't go well. The salesman told me to expect the chairs within 6 to 8 weeks, but he advised me that they usually arrive much sooner. Seven weeks after placing the order, I called to ask about the status of the chairs. They told me that 1 of the chairs had been sitting in the warehouse for weeks and that the other chair was still being fabricated. Ultimately, the entire process took 10 weeks to complete which was frustrating since I had paid in advance.
