They have just been nothing but huge headaches from day one.  I really don’t think they know what they’re doing or they don’t care.  The people that own it are Michael and Caryn and boy and I am happy with them.  I call them about things and they tell me oh yeah, we took care of that.  A week later you go to check and they say something came up and they didn't get out there.  We had a crack in the concrete, so they sent out for somebody to pour some concrete.  However, it started to crack couple of days later because they didn't come to water the concrete. The contract will end in January and I am not going to use them again.

I am happy with them and they are very nice. They are doing what I wanted them do. It is more expensive than doing it myself. I like the people at Kenny Realty. They are very nice and it is operated by the owners. I can talk with either one of them. I had to talk to her about one of the tenants. I got sic and needed them to take care of things. Out of all of the people that I interviewed, they were the best. They work together and they have been doing this for quite a while. If I am going to pay someone to do this, I want to feel good about them. I will continue to use them.
