Fences By Design

They had the best prices, better than everyone else. They came out on time and they were very good. They left a bit of a mess, but came out right away when I called them.

I called Fences by Design based on another review site. Michael answered and we discussed coming out to give me a quote. Based on my work schedule, I asked him to just show up and estimate the job and mail it to me. I appreciated him for honoring that request. He sent me the quote in a very timely matter(very quickly). He and I also discussed my neighbor situation. He said he will get half of the payment from the neighbor and I pay the other half. When the fence was replaced 14 years ago, I got stuck paying the bill and was unable to get the other half back from my neighbor. True to his word, he took care of everything. He and his worker came out (ran late trying to get good post) on the day/time agreed upon. They started work right away. The worker started digging the holes for the new posts. He notified me that they had to remove some plants to put in the new posts which I was ok with. I had 5 new posts put in. Then they took the sections that broke from the rotted post and secured it to the new posts. They cleaned up after themselves. It took about 3 hours to complete the whole job. I actually received a followup call and I told Michael that I felt the old post attached to the new ones should have more screws in the middle of post to be more secured. He told me he would be by to do that and sure enough I don't know when but when I checked on it, it was done!
