All's well that ends well, as per Shakespeare.
At first I was a bit leery of the proprietor, because of his extreme loquaciousness (dare I say "motormouth?") Then it seemed as though quite a long time had gone by without a delivery. I called once to inquire, but didn't get a call back. Then I called again, and the draperies were delivered and installed promptly. I am happy with them.
