The agent Chrissy refused to get an accurate understanding of our shipment and how much it weighed. She insisted on applying a higher weight limit and was extremely impatient and unprofessional when I tried to understand the way we are being invoiced and hung up on me. Wow, what a terrible "service" attitude to a courteous inquiry from a customer. I can't imagine actually doing the move with these guys and how they would treat the customer if something goes wrong.

Poorly. Some goods were broken due to poor packing and some were lost due to unauthorized disposal.

Got name of company from neighbor who had recently moved in, and took a chance.  They had planned to send 3 men; only two were available, but they were terrific:  young and strong, and very friendly.  We had already moved most of the lighter stuff to the new place ourselves, so they were left with all the heavy furniture: beds, sofas, dining tables, and the like. 

They wrapped most pieces with special plastic wrap for protection, and then unwrapped everything at the new place.  They moved quickly and professionally - at both ends of the job, and our stuff was installed in just a few hours.  Beds set up, furniture in place.  They even made a stop and our daughter's near-by place to deliver a treadmill, as part of the job.   

Don't plan to move again soon (still have boxes to unpack here!), but would call them if we needed to.

My experience with them was okay. We were only moving about a mile and a half and they did the major stuff quite well. Things arrived pretty well, but in terms of the delivery things were a little sloppy especially with the smaller items. I was so exhausted at the end of the day, but one of the things I noticed was that they didn't give me an itemized list of boxes or label stuff the way movers usually do. I think part of that was because we were not moving across the country for instance. I was particularly concerned about the piano and they did a great job moving it, so I shouldn't complain. It was just some of the smaller things that bothered me.

They were excellent. They were below budget and on time. They also took care of stuff. They did bulk of the packing and everything is good. I have no idea about the price since my wife paid them. It was a day-long effort; so, I think it was about $1700 or something like that. They were recommended by a friend and they turned out to be a good recommendation. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They took good care of my stuff. They wrapped everything and they didn’t make a dent in anything. It was fantastic and I would absolutely use them again.

They were terrible. They never did complete the service. They agreed to do the job. They showed up, but then insisted on getting paid for time that they didn't work. They wanted to be paid while they were in transit. I said no, the time doesn't start until they start working. When they were going to start moving me they already had an hour and a half on the clock. They called their manager and they let me talk to her. She told me that was their policy. She asked for me to give the phone back to the workers. She then told them to get in their truck and leave. So they didn't end up moving me.

They left me stranded. I made the appointment for the move, it was supposed to be for July 28th and my lease was up August 1st. So I was depending on them. They didn't show up at the correct time, they showed up late. They told me I would be billed an extra hour and 15 minutes and if I wanted to argue it I needed to call his supervisor. I spoke to his supervisor, Amy, while he was standing there and she told me that I had to pay the extra hour and 15 minutes or else they would leave. I wasn't willing to pay it and they packed up and left. They were very unprofessional and I would warn others against using them.

WE USED THE COMPANY TWICE IN A TIME OF SIX MONTHS. THEY WERE GOOD AND PRETTY CHEAP FOR US. THEY DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING AND WERE VERY QUICK. I REALLY ENJOYED HAVING THEM MOVE US.
