Craters & Freighters of San Francisco

The place I purchased the shelving unit from gave me a couple places to use to ship this to me. Craters & Freighters gave me a quote and I accepted a quote. They lost paperwork and didn't deliver it to me on time. Finally a month later, they shipped it to me. The owner of Craters & Freighters gave me a lot of excuses as to why this happened. This shelving unit is a vintage piece. The person delivering the unit was going to leave it in the driveway. I had to talk him into unpacking it and pushing it to the door. He didn't even want to do that much. Usually shipping companies want to put the item in your house, he didn't even do that. Now I have to hire someone else to bring it upstairs. The owner said that the item was 40 lbs. overweight as to why it wasn't shipped on time. He said because it was late that he would not charge me for the extra weight like he was doing me a favor.
