Saved by Bajada!  

George and Joe Bajada have performed numberous installations including new lights, circuits, sub-panels, air conditioning systems, remote wireless switches, motion sensors, and a myriad of other electrical fixtures at three family homes (ours, my mother-in-laws, and a rental).  We would never think of calling another electrical contractor.  Their work is always first rate, the workspace is clean, and their innovative solutions to difficult problems are always imaginative.  

Their bids are competitive.  We could have gotten bids for a few dollars less here and there, but we made that mistake in the past and lived to regret it.  Stick with professionals like Bajada Electric!  You pay a good and fair price, but you know the work is first rate.

If you're doing a remodel, and you don't consider Bajada Electric for the job; you're making a big mistake.  Two thumbs up!

After I pass the city inspection, Mr. Bajada told me he would apply for my new meter through PG&E.  He didn't need to be present.  PG&E came and told me Mr. Bajada should be present since I wouldn't know what they were talking about.  PG&E won't provide me a meter because Mr. Bajada did not follow the Green Book.  So I went back and ask Mr. Bajada what happened and to solve this.  He told me it was not his responsibility.  It's been 3 years and I still haven't gotten my meter because Mr. Bajada refuse to take responsibility.  PG&E told me because of my upgrade to code, I needed to trench the street.  With underground upgrades, the electrician is require to talk to PG&E before starting this type of project.  I have recently reported him to the CA State License Board.  I have never seen such irresponsible work in my life.   

It went excellent, the work was fast, economical, and pasted inspection no problem.
