It was a very busy time of year, they were on time, very nice, let me know what the trouble was and what could happen. When the furnace failed again, they came out the same day and fixed it. It runs like new and they saved me the hassle of replacing the whole furnace.

They proceeded to do their work professionally. I had also recently referred them to a friend who was very happy with their service.

The company analyzed the heater and found a nonworking circuit board. The heater is a discontinued unit and it is hard to get replacement parts. Annuzzi called a supplier and found a replacement board available in Las Vegas. He had it expressed out and installed it after work hours on New Years Eve at no extra charge. Unit is performing like it should. As he was the only company called (emergency situation and recommended on Angie's List), I can't verify if the price is economical or not. I was satisfied with the price but gave the company a B rating because of the lack of competition. I would and have recommended Annuzzi for heating services.

They were great! They worked really hard to get the ducts exactly where we needed them. It was really kind of a difficult job. They acted on it and did a really good job. I thought the price was reasonable.

The services were wonderful. I believe it was Anthony who came. He was a little early (yay!) explained thoroughly what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner.
He followed up withe the city inspection and the city inspector was very impressed at the work that was done and in the professional manner everything was completed in.
Anthony was very courteous and professional throughout. The work was well done and his paperwork was impeccable.

I really like Annuzzi Heating and Cooling, and am going to contact them to order a new heater.
Our current heater is more than 20 years old; it's a good heater (one of the early energy efficient heaters), and it has lasted longer than its expected life.
Occasionally, over the years, the heater has stopped working. Several times, Annuzzi Heating and Cooling has been able to breathe new life into it.
(Their competition, other companies, have given me the hard sell to buy a new heater [ex: a technician from The Competition (not Annuzzi's] never did identify the problem, and was reluctant to call the manufacturer for guidance in identifying the problem/ordering new parts.) The Annuzzi technician figured out what the problem was--a corroded battery in the thermostat, and when he replaced it, the heater worked! What would you rather pay for, a new battery, or a new heater?
So yes, I'm a big fan of Annuzzi's, and when we order our new heater, you BET it will be from Annuzzi's! I recommend them high;y!

My furnace went out on 12/21, leaving us with the prospect of a cold house over the holidays. I called 10 companies with high ratings on Angies list, but Annuzzi was the only company able to send a technician out on the same day.
The technician diagnosed the problem and did some to allow the motor to work even with the worn out bearings. He told me to use the heater sparingly as the fix wouldn't last (it didn't). Annuzzi ordered new parts over the holidays, and came out a week later (12/28) to install them.
The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a price that I found reasonable. Both Jamie and Saverio were great - intelligent, articulate, skilled, quick and helpful. And effective.

Received complaint from our neigbor's relative that the smell from our dryer vent exhaust is awful. Complaint was legitimate considering the smell goes directly to their doorway.
We were able to locate the original dryer vent and did some work to connect the dryer to the exhaust vent. However, still have some issues if a booster is needed for safety issues. Set up an appointment with Annuzzi Heating. Setting an appointment was easy. Saverio
came on time and addressed our concerns. He checked our work and advised us there is no need for booster and lint trap, which in a way saves us a lot of money. Saverio even changed the filter on our heater.

We had gotten an estimate about a year before to replace our dusty, inefficient gravity furnace and the asbestos-wrapped conduits that were beginning to shed crumbs of the material. We looked into a 90% efficiency model and discussed the increased price with Saverio, who assured us that an 80% efficient model would work fine for San Francisco's moderate climate. The overall price for the work had increased somewhat over one year's time (about $500), but we were also able to take advantage of a 10% off coupon on Angie's list, up to $250 off.
The workmen arrived just as scheduled -- including the subcontracted asbestos removal team and electrician -- and all work was performed steadily and efficiently, with minimal disruption to our household over 3 and 1/2 days. The new conduits were placed much more neatly along the contours of the garage than before, maximizing storage space for other items. There was a small problem with some of the insulation not sticking properly, which Saverio returned to remedy immediately. He also showed us how to operate the programmable thermostat, set it up for us, and made sure to tell us to keep a copy of the inspector's report and to send him one as well, in case it got lost in the City's records. The inspector told us, and quot;these guys do great work,and quot; and signed off right away. We were also able to contract with the electrician to complete several small jobs on top of his work on the furnace job.
The best part is that our house is MUCH warmer than before. Because we are freelance and am often working at home, in the cold months we had been pushing the temperature as high as 78 to stay warm. Now, we get the same warmth for a maximum of 68 degrees because most of the heat is in the house, not lost to the garage, and often get by at 60-65 degrees. I would definitely use this company again -- they are very experienced and professional, explain everything in advance in a friendly and helpful manner, and clean up well afterward.

Came out due to problems with another company referred by a homne warranty company. Indiviudal was excellent and friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with the thermostat and spent considerable time explaining how to fix it. Would highly recomend this company.

These people walk on water; they are amazing. It is not often that you get people this honest. Another company was going to charge me $1,000 to do the work but he did not charge me anything because he basically made only adjustments. He spent about an hour here. I will use them again in the future.

It was easy to make an appointment (next day) and the technician was on time (about the middle of the 3 hour window). Their rate ($90 per hour) is competitive with other highly rated HV companies (I called about 5 of them for estimates.) The technician performed the work efficiently and was very considerate. Much of what he discussed with me was about ways for me to save money and to avoid have to spend money doing future repairs or replace work. I selected this company based on their Angie's List rating, and it paid off. This seems like a competent, honest operation. They are not interested in upselling you. I will definitely call them again if needed.

They are awesome. I've used them twice now on two different jobs. One was to install a new furnace and also for some duct work in an old building. The other was still in the quote process but I know I'm going to go with them to install a heat pump on top of the building. I've always dealt with the same guy. They are really quick to respond to calls. The quote always matches the price and they seem real competent. They are pretty upfront about what they can do and what they can't do. I like them. They are a local business and they are good guys. I thought their quality of work was very good.

Our furnace died one evening due to a water leak from a clogged drain. We called Annuzzi based on reviews from Angie's List. They came to do the estimate-- they were on time, very helpful, and professional. We decided on replacing the entire unit.

I received the estimate via email later that evening, and scheduled the job. It was going to be two days for the installation. Installation was complicated by having my furnace in a common garage of a 3 unit building -- so they had to accommodate my neighbors comings and goings -- which they did with smiles! They started on time and did top quality work.

Saverio and Adam were very personable and professional to work with. Their quote came in higher than other bids but we knew from our first meeting with Saverio that it was going to be worth it. Their work is clean and immaculate from start to finish. They really listened to our concerns and came to the best solutions for placements of vents and ducts. We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them!

I am the new owner of a condo and my heat stopped working. I called Annuzzi's because they had installed the furnace. Saverio (owner) came out to do a diagnostic and was very clear in describing to me what the issue seemed to be. However, he had to determine which part needed replacing. He acknowledged that it could be very expensive. After that visit he called the furnace company and determined which part was needed. He came for another visit (I don't remember what for exactly) and afterwards was able to call me with an estimate to replace the part. (I called one other company whose estimate over the phone was way too low- when they showed up they groaned and later I was called with a high estimate, though slightly less than Annuzzi's.) I scheduled the repair appointment with Annuzzi's; the technician arrived on time, quickly replaced the part and got my heat working!

I got appointment on the same day I called Annuzzi (other companies said it would be a week before they could come to check my non-functioning heater). Technician Jaime arrived promptly at the very beginning of the 3-hour window period, and he called me. Because another appointment ran late, I ran late, but Jaime agree to wait for me. Jaime saw rust in the heater, and identified another problem the heater might have down the line. Jaime was able to identify the current problem, and to solve it. He didn't try to upsell a new thermostat, or a new heater (even though ours is old). Jaime got my heater to work, and he said as long as it works, it doesn't need to be replaced. Jaime was fantastic, and I appreciate he didn't try to upsell me. My heater had failed a couple of months before, and a different technician from a different company gave me the hard sell to get a new heater. That technician never did identify the problem, and was reluctant to call the manufacturer for guidance in identifying the problem/ordering new parts. I will be using Annuzzi from now on, and I'll recommend it to my friends!

Saverio was fantastic - the best service provider EVER! Scheduling an appointment was effortless, he called to confirm and showed up promptly - he walked us through everything from the furnace options to describing exactly what the city would require (permits/inspections) to how the asbestos removal would work. He answered all of our questions so that even if there were surprises, we'd be prepared for them. Even though the asbestos and plumbing crew were not his (see notes above), the entire job flowed from one step to the next very easily and without interruption. All crews were polite, professional and cleaned up so well that the garage looked cleaner than before they arrived. Saverio personally handled the inspection and walked the city inspector through the details. A few days later we realized the water drain was leaking and he came right out and fixed it (just something needing to be tightened). Now everything is working beautifully - our furnace is so quiet and efficient we hardly know when it's on (except that the cats sit in front of the vents when the heat is on). Also, the air purifier has helped cut down on my allergies so we really feel like this upgrade really improved both our air quality and quality of life at home! I would (and have) recommended Annuzzi Heating and Cooling to everyone!

Savario came to the house on the agreed day and time to look at the work required. He promptly gave us a reasonable detailed estimate. As soon as we sent the contract back he ordered the necessary parts and scheduled our work. Savario was very responsive and his crew was professional, thorough and attentive to details. The heater works beautifully and we are extremely pleased. We highly recommend Annuzzi.

Annuzzi had done a $50 fix on our furnace previously. While the furnace was definitely old, they did not give a hard sell for a new one and recommended the cheap fix. Expecting children soon and wanting a more efficient system, I definitely knew to call Annuzzi for the job when I decided to get a new one. (Estimate) Wes arrived for the estimate on-time. He gave me a little education as he measured and went over my replacement options. He was helpful and patient. After our appointment, he worked up a final estimate at the office and sent it to me within two hours. The estimate was straightforward. They offered a discount for taking a vacant spot in a few days, I jumped on that and saved a few hundred dollars. (Installation) The Annuzzi crew showed up on-time and prepared. Saverio, the owner, went over the project details with me a final time before they started. All went smooth and the work was done in one day. They were very clean and paid attention to making the work look very neat. The old furnace and insulation was a total eyesore. Saverio came again and verified his crew's work. He spent time training us on the new thermostat. It was simple and came with a manual, but it was a nice touch that he showed us and saved me having to read anything. _Conclusion_ Very reliable work and professional. Enjoying my warm house this winter!
